Car Crash San Antonio Texas in San Antonio, Texas: A three-vehicle crash occurred around 3:20 a.m. Sunday along Southwest Loop 410 near Medina Base Road on San Antonio's Southwest Side after police received calls of a wrong-way driver traveling northbound in the southbound lanes. Two of the three drivers, 26-year-old Elizabeth Amber Alejos and 19-year-old Noah Alec Fisher, were pronounced dead at the scene. The third driver was cleared by EMS. The Bexar County Medical Examiner's Office identified Fisher on Monday and Alejos on Tuesday.
