John Winschel faces multiple felony charges after Jefferson County deputies said he shot at a passerby's car with a crossbow and BB gun from his House Springs residence, then bit a deputy on the knee while resisting arrest. The victim told deputies Winschel also tried to shoot him in the head with the BB gun. Deputies later recovered the crossbow after serving a search warrant, and Winschel is being held without bond.
