Motorcycle Crash Off-Duty Illinois in off-duty, Illinois: Mundelein Police Department Officer Paul Viduya Jr. died in an off-duty motorcycle crash. He was found around 3:30 a.m. on Sunday, June 28, in the grass off Charles J. Miller Highway near the intersection of McHenry Avenue. Officials said he was the only person involved in the crash and he was pronounced dead at the scene. The McHenry County Coroner's Office determined the cause of death to be blunt force injuries.
