Girl fatally struck by dump truck after falling from bicycl…

A girl riding a bicycle was struck and killed by a dump truck in Ellicott City, according to Howard County police. Officers were called around 1:55 p.m. after the girl fell off her bicycle into the path of an oncoming dump truck. The truck's driver remained at the scene.
