Dui Crash Madera California in Madera, California: A suspected DUI crash occurred before 6:30 a.m. on northbound Highway 99 near Avenue 7 in Madera County, California. The California Highway Patrol says the driver of a Toyota Camry was traveling the wrong way and crashed head-on with a semi-truck, causing the semi to flip on its side. A third vehicle was also involved due to the initial impact. No one suffered major injuries, but the semi-truck driver was taken to Community Regional Medical Center with a complaint of pain. The Camry driver was arrested for DUI.
