Car Crash Barr Florida in Barr, Florida: A 31-year-old Orlando-area woman, Brittany Clark, was killed by an alligator while swimming in the Econlockhatchee River near the Barr Street Trailhead in Seminole County on Sunday, June 28. The alligator bit her and tore off one of her arms. First responders transported her to a hospital, where she died, according to the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission. Multiple agencies and a nuisance alligator trapper captured and killed a 13-foot alligator at the attack site and another 12.5-foot alligator half a mile away. The investigation remains open.
