Two passengers killed in head-on crash on Route 6 in Chaplin

Car Crash Connecticut Today in Connecticut: Connecticut State Police are investigating a two-car head-on crash on Route 6 in Chaplin on June 26 that killed two passengers in a 2022 Hyundai Elantra. The Hyundai collided with a 2018 Dodge Journey at 11:53 p.m. The Hyundai's 19-year-old driver and an 18-year-old passenger from Willimantic suffered serious injuries and were transported to Hartford Hospital. The Dodge's 44-year-old driver was transported to Windham Hospital for treatment of minor injuries.
