Officers arrived and found a tow truck driver suffering from multiple gunshot wounds; he was taken to a local hospital in critical condition. Officers initiated a pursuit that ended at a gas station on Arrow Highway in Covina, where an officer-involved shooting occurred and the suspect was struck by gunfire and later pronounced dead at a hospital.
