Assault Marysville Ohio in Marysville, Ohio: Three Marysville police officers were injured during a violent struggle with a passenger following an early Friday morning traffic stop that resulted in the recovery of drugs and a stolen handgun. An officer stopped a 2006 Toyota for a traffic violation at approximately 2:54 a.m. on July 3 near the intersection of East Fourth and Vine streets. The passenger, identified as Perez R. Gray, 32, of Grove City, resisted officers, tried to flee, and became combative, punching, kicking and biting officers. Gray was charged with having weapons under disability, assault on a police officer, and obstructing official business, with additional charges likely.
