Car Crash Nodaway Missouri in Burlington Junction, Missouri: Six people were injured in a three-vehicle crash just before noon Tuesday in Nodaway County, Missouri. A 2006 Peterbilt semi driven by a 57-year-old Kansas City, Missouri, man was northbound on U.S. 71 when it began turning west onto U.S. 136 and struck the rear of a southbound 2019 Chrysler Pacifica. The van then spun and struck a 2005 Buick LeSabre stopped at the intersection. Nodaway County EMS transported the van driver, two 24-year-old female passengers from Clarinda, Iowa, and three juvenile girls ages 5, 3, and 1 to Mosaic Medical Center in Maryville. The two 24-year-old passengers were not wearing seat belts, according to the Missouri State Highway Patrol.
