Car Crash Hayneville Alabama in Hayneville, Alabama: A single-vehicle crash on U.S. Highway 80 near mile-marker 115 in Hayneville claimed the life of a driver on the night of July 2. Jacob Warner Jr., 44, of Ramer, was fatally injured when the 2013 Ford Explorer he was driving left the roadway and struck an embankment around 8:40 p.m. According to Alabama Law Enforcement Agency troopers, Warner Jr. was not wearing a seat belt and was pronounced deceased at the scene. The Lowndesboro Volunteer Fire Department responded, and troopers continue to investigate.
