Polk County ambulance crash north of Monmouth injures four

Car Crash Monmouth Prior To Oregon in Monmouth Prior to, Oregon: A Polk County ambulance was involved in a crash at around 6:39 p.m. on Thursday at the intersection of Hwy 99W and Hoffman Road while en route to an emergency medical call in Monmouth, Oregon. The ambulance had just cleared the scene of a deadly motorcycle crash in Independence and had no patients on board. Three Polk Fire personnel inside the ambulance and the driver of the other car were taken to a hospital in Salem with minor injuries. The crash is being investigated by the Oregon State Police.
