Pedestrian Hit Pennsylvania Today in Pennsylvania: Pennsylvania State Police say a 60-year-old Fayetteville woman driving a 2018 Hyundai east on Mentzer Gap Road struck a 2008 Jeep driven by a 30-year-old Waynesboro woman that was traveling north on Tomstown Road. The Jeep then struck a pedestrian and another car on the right side of Tomstown Road. Both drivers suffered minor injuries and were taken to local hospitals. The pedestrian, 53-year-old Katina Espinosa of Chambersburg, was pronounced dead at the scene. The crash occurred around 3:45 p.m. Thursday near the intersection of Tomstown Road and Mentzer Gap Road in Quincy Township.
