Car Crash Hancock Maine in Hancock, Maine: A 44-year-old Maine motorcyclist died after colliding head-on with a pickup truck in Hancock, Maine. Maine State Police say troopers responded to a fatal crash on Route 1 near the Washington Junction around 8:30 a.m. on Friday. The motorcycle, operated by Jim Hoyt of Sullivan, crossed into the opposite lane and struck the pickup truck head-on. Hoyt died at the scene while the driver of the pickup truck suffered minor injuries. The crash remains under investigation.
