Car Crash New Florence Pennsylvania in New Florence, Pennsylvania: A 66-year-old mechanic, Barry Barker, was killed while working underneath a school bus at Lodestar Bus Lines Inc. in Westmoreland County. Police said the bus was having brake issues and Barker accidentally clipped the brake line, causing the bus to roll out of the garage and over him. The bus then traveled across Route 711 in downtown New Florence before stopping. No one else was injured and no buildings were damaged. Pennsylvania State Police described the incident as a tragic accident.
