Hit And Run Indianapolis Indiana in Indianapolis, Indiana: An Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department officer was taken to a hospital with minor injuries after a crash on the city's near southeast side around 6:14 a.m. on Friday. Another car driven by a teen struck two officers in an IMPD vehicle at the intersection of East Palmer and Dawson streets. The juvenile driver initially fled the scene but was later apprehended, and two juveniles in the striking car were checked by medics at the scene.
