Car Crash Mad River Township Ohio in Mad River Township, Ohio: A 33-year-old Huber Heights man died after a multi-vehicle crash on eastbound Interstate 70 in Mad River Township, Clark County, on July 1, 2026. Ryan Lehman was driving a 2017 Kia Forte that rear-ended a Ford truck being towed by a 2002 Ford F-350, then was struck by a 1999 Ford F-550 before hitting a guardrail. Lehman was mechanically removed from the car and taken to Springfield Regional Medical Center with life-threatening injuries, then transported to Miami Valley Hospital, where he died that night. The driver of the F-550 was also seriously injured and hospitalized. The Ohio State Highway Patrol is investigating.
