The man, identified as Alan Casey, was driving a white Toyota Camry at a speed in excess of other traffic when it clipped the rear corner of a white Honda Accord between the airport onramp and Millbrae Avenue just before 7 p.m. The Toyota flipped onto its hood and Casey was thrown from the car; he was rushed to a local hospital but died from his injuries.
