Canton man killed in head-on crash in Perry Township

Car Crash Perry Ohio in Perry, Ohio: A 28-year-old Canton man was killed in a two-vehicle head-on crash at 3:51 p.m. on July 2 on Navarre Road in Perry Township. Dylan M. Manack was driving a 2016 Jeep Compass southwest near Negley Avenue when the vehicle traveled left of center and struck a 2019 Ford Transit van heading northeast, according to the Ohio State Highway Patrol. The Ford Transit rolled over; Manack was extricated by the Perry Township Fire Department and pronounced dead at the scene. The driver of the Ford Transit, Adam R. Haynes, 40, of Copley Township, was taken to Cleveland Clinic Mercy Hospital with minor injuries. The crash remains under investigation.
