Car Crash Jefferson Missouri in Jefferson, Missouri: A 42-year-old man died after his minivan ran off the side of Highway 141 and struck a culvert on Wednesday morning. The crash occurred at about 7:30 a.m. on southbound Highway 141 north of Schneider Drive in Jefferson County, Missouri. The victim, Joshua Hoffman of Arnold, was transported to a hospital where he was pronounced dead. The Missouri Highway Patrol is investigating the incident.
