Assault Philadelphia Pennsylvania in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania: A 31-year-old man was found suffering from a single stab wound to his left arm at approximately 7:30 p.m. Friday on the 6300 block of Dicks Avenue in Philadelphia's 12th District.
