Hit And Run Oklahoma City Oklahoma in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma: Sterling Morales, 28, of Yukon, Oklahoma, was charged with second-degree murder after a hit-and-run crash on June 29 that killed one person and hospitalized another. Police pulled Morales over near 3100 North Interstate 35 Service Road in Oklahoma City after he failed to stop at a stop sign and was observed to have a defective front headlight. Bystanders alerted officers to two victims in the street; one was deceased on scene and the second was transported to OU Medical with two broken femurs and bruised lungs. Morales faces four felonies and three misdemeanors and is being held in Oklahoma County under $10 million bond.
