Workplace Accident Workplace Pennsylvania in workplace, Pennsylvania: James Daniel Robinson, 50, of Dallastown, was killed in a workplace accident at Mid-Atlantic Precast in the first block of Amy Way in Heidelberg Township, York County, Pennsylvania. Firefighters were called around 12:29 p.m. after Robinson was trapped when a large concrete block being used as a counterweight on a forklift fell off as the forklift tilted, landing on him. His body was recovered around 3:17 p.m. using rescue equipment and two heavy-duty tow trucks from Mike's Towing, and medical personnel determined he was deceased. The York County Coroner's Office listed cause and manner of death as pending, and OSHA along with Northern York County Regional Police were investigating the incident.
