Car Crash York County York Pennsylvania in York County York, Pennsylvania: A pickup truck and two tractor-trailers collided in the southbound lanes of Interstate 83 near Exit 33, Yocumtown/Route 392, in Newberry Township, York County, at 5:58 a.m. on June 29. The pickup truck driver, Andrew Warner, 41, of Windsor Township, was pronounced dead at the scene and the coroner ruled his death an accident. State police said neither of the tractor-trailer drivers was injured. All southbound lanes were closed for approximately seven hours.
