Dui Crash Wilmington Delaware in Wilmington, Delaware: Delaware State Police responded at about 4:20 a.m. on June 27 to a two-vehicle collision in the area of Centre and Faulkland roads in Wilmington. One of the drivers, 28-year-old Ricarda Sandoval of Wilmington, allegedly showed signs of impairment and was taken into custody after field sobriety tests. A search of her purse allegedly turned up approximately 11.5 grams of crack cocaine and approximately 5.64 grams of methamphetamine. Sandoval was arraigned and committed to Delores J. Baylor Women's Correctional Institution on $20,352 secured bond.
