Shooting Hartford Connecticut in Hartford, Connecticut: A large fight broke out on Madison Street in Hartford around 7 p.m. on Wednesday, leaving two men in their 30s dead and a 17-year-old teenager injured. Troylon Cooper, 36, of Manchester, was stabbed and pronounced dead at Hartford Hospital; Bryan Ortiz-Santiago, 30, of Hartford, was shot and later pronounced dead. The teen survived with gunshot wounds. Hartford police are investigating and have not identified any suspects or persons of interest.
