On Tuesday, Kavion Winston, 24, of Star City was killed in a collision on Arkansas 530 in rural Jefferson County when he attempted to pass multiple vehicles near Pinebergen Road and caused a 2016 GMC Sierra driving north to veer off the roadway; the Sierra's driver, Shawn Wylie, 24, of Monticello, was injured.
