Vehicle Fire Tulsa Oklahoma in Tulsa, Oklahoma: Two children, ages 11 and 12, were injured in a fireworks accident in Tulsa, Oklahoma on July 1, 2026. Officers with the Tulsa Police Department responded to a call near 46th St. North and Main around 10:20 p.m. and learned the incident involved a mortar firework. The 11-year-old suffered lacerations to his upper body, while the 12-year-old's hand was largely destroyed and he suffered significant trauma to his eyes. Both victims were rushed to a hospital for treatment.
