Firefighters were dispatched to the scene near Oracle Road and Blacklidge Drive at 3:22 a.m. and had to scale a 15-foot rock wall and cut through a metal fence to reach the burning unit. Crews evacuated residents from the second floor and brought the fire under control at 3:43 a.m., displacing three residents.
