Assault Tracy California in Tracy, California: An 18-year-old man was fatally stabbed around 6:30 p.m. on June 26 in front of a Target at the West Valley Mall along Naglee Road in Tracy. Police arrived to find the victim with stabbing injuries; he was taken to a hospital, where he later died. Officers then took a 15-year-old boy into custody, and police believe the victim and the person arrested knew each other.
