Teen Moped Passenger Killed After Crash on Jetty at Sunset…

Car Crash Sunset New York in Sunset, New York: A 17-year-old boy driving a 2023 ZNEN moped lost control just before 9:30 p.m. Tuesday on a jetty inside Sunset Park's Made Bush Terminal, sending his teenage passenger airborne. The passenger suffered severe head trauma and was rushed to NYU Langone Hospital - Brooklyn, where he died. The driver suffered minor injuries. Police said the teen was trying to move his phone from his back pocket to his front pocket when he lost control. No arrests had been made as of Wednesday evening.
