Drowning St Charles Illinois in St Charles, Illinois: A body pulled from the Fox River on Wednesday was identified as 41-year-old Amanda Flick of St. Charles, Illinois, the Kane County Coroner said Thursday. A boater spotted the body around 5:30 p.m. Wednesday in St. Charles Township, and an autopsy determined she died by drowning, pending toxicology. The Kane County Sheriff's Office is conducting a death investigation.
