Car Crash Sioux Center Iowa in Sioux Center, Iowa: A 38-year-old Sioux Center man was taken to the hospital after a single-vehicle crash on Hickory Avenue, about a mile east of Sioux Center, Iowa, on the evening of July 1, 2026. The Sioux County Sheriff's Office said Logan Rus was driving a 2009 Chevrolet Silverado southbound when he experienced a medical event, causing the pickup to enter the west ditch and strike a field driveway. Sioux Center Ambulance transported Rus to Sioux Center Hospital. The pickup sustained approximately $7,000 in damage.
