Jules Reeves, 19, was arraigned on charges including assault with a firearm after allegedly pointing a gun at a victim at Leavenworth and McAllister streets on Saturday, causing a gunshot injury to the victim's hand; a police officer fractured an elbow during a pursuit. On Sunday, a stabbing occurred on the 1100 block of Market Street as crowds dispersed from UN Plaza after the Pride parade. Four people were also charged with felony vandalism and obstructing police for pink paint graffiti along the Trans March route that included threats against police officers.
