Car Crash Schuylkill County He Pennsylvania in Schuylkill County He, Pennsylvania: Pennsylvania State Trooper Michael Pahira Jr., 44, was killed on Wednesday morning while conducting a commercial vehicle safety inspection on Interstate 81 in Schuylkill County.
