Pedestrian Hit Riley Kansas in Riley, Kansas: A 2016 Ford Flex driven by Khiara A. Lawrence, 23, of Junction City, was southbound on the Kansas 113 entrance ramp from Anderson Avenue in Manhattan when it left the roadway and struck a pedestrian, Marco V. Retamoza, 23, of Garden City, who was running on the shoulder of the ramp. The pedestrian was injured; Lawrence was properly restrained and not injured. The Kansas Highway Patrol reported the incident occurred just after 8:30 a.m. Wednesday in Riley County.
