Car Crash Hot Springs Arkansas in Hot Springs, Arkansas: A pedestrian pushing a grocery cart attempted to cross all lanes of Central Avenue outside a marked crosswalk and stepped directly in front of an oncoming Honda motorcycle, which was unable to stop. Both the pedestrian and the motorcyclist sustained non-life threatening injuries and were transported to local hospitals. Hot Springs police cited the pedestrian in the incident.
