Hit And Run Owatonna Minnesota in Owatonna, Minnesota: A 36-year-old Owatonna, Minnesota man is in custody after he allegedly shot at police officers during a traffic stop on Wednesday night around 8:20 p.m. Officers pulled the man over on South Oak Avenue and Southview Street after he appeared to be in crisis. The man began shooting at officers, then fled in his vehicle and stopped on the 200 block of West McKinley Street. A shelter-in-place order was issued at 10:15 p.m., and about two hours later the man reportedly shot himself. He was taken into custody and transported to the hospital. No officers were injured.
