Semi Truck Crash Merrick Nebraska in Merrick, Nebraska: A two-vehicle crash occurred Monday at the intersection of Highway 30 and Highway 39 in Merrick County, Nebraska. A preliminary investigation concluded that a Toyota RAV4 traveling northbound on Highway 39 failed to yield the right of way when entering Highway 30 and struck an eastbound Kenworth semi hauling a utility trailer. The driver of the Toyota RAV4 was transported to Genoa Medical Center by ambulance with injuries, while the driver of the Kenworth sustained no injuries. The Merrick County Sheriff's Office was assisted at the scene by the Silver Creek Fire and Rescue Department.
