Car Crash Clark Nevada in Clark, Nevada: A head-on crash on northbound Interstate 15 just north of mile marker 94 in Clark County, Nevada, on Sunday evening at approximately 6:41 p.m. killed one person and hospitalized four others. A white 2011 Toyota Tacoma traveling southbound failed to maintain its lane, crossed the dirt median into the northbound lanes, and collided with a northbound light blue 2015 Toyota Prius. The driver of the Tacoma, 21-year-old Diego Jesus Hernandez of Las Vegas, was pronounced dead at the scene. The Prius driver and passenger, Hanna Crawford and Jeremy "Kickstand" Hottinger, were airlifted by Mercy Air to a Las Vegas-area hospital and remained hospitalized as of Wednesday. The Nevada State Police Major Incident Reconstruction Team is investigating.
