Shooting O'Fallon Missouri in O'Fallon, Missouri: A 48-year-old O'Fallon man was charged with second-degree murder and armed criminal action after police said he shot and killed another driver on an Interstate 64 exit ramp near Winghaven Boulevard. The shooting followed a road rage dispute that began on westbound I-64 and ended after both drivers stopped on the ramp. The victim, 35-year-old Luke Joseph Sherman of O'Fallon, was found on the ramp and died at the scene despite first responders' efforts.
