Car Crash Dekalb Illinois in DeKalb, Illinois: Police responded around 1:15 p.m. Thursday to the DeKalb Public Library at 329 Oak Street for calls about a man physically and sexually assaulting a woman. Additional reports of another assault came in near the DeKalb Farmer's Market. A naked suspect was located and arrested in the downtown area. Three female victims were located in the area who were sexually or physically assaulted; two were taken to a hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. The suspect was taken to a hospital for a narcotic medical evaluation and remains in DeKalb police custody as charges are pending.
