Car Crash Petal Mississippi in Petal, Mississippi: A 25-year-old motorcyclist from Lumberton was killed in a crash with a car in Petal, Mississippi on Thursday evening around 5 p.m. The collision occurred at the intersection of Evelyn Gandy Parkway and Blinker Drive when the motorcyclist, traveling west, struck a car attempting to cross the highway. Petal Police and the Forrest County Coroner's Office identified the motorcyclist as Brett Westmoreland. The driver and passengers of the car were not injured.
