Car Crash Noho Devastating California in NoHo Devastating, California: Jonathan Loyola, 25, of Sylmar, was killed in a motorcycle crash on the 170 Freeway near the Victory Boulevard off-ramp in North Hollywood around 10:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
