Maura Whittemore killed in single-vehicle crash in Raynham

Car Crash Raynham Massachusetts in Raynham, Massachusetts: A 54-year-old Taunton woman, Maura Whittemore, died in a single-vehicle crash in Raynham on Wednesday evening at approximately 8 p.m. Police were dispatched to the area of King Phillip Street and Gardiner Street, where Whittemore suffered fatal injuries and was pronounced dead at the scene. The Bristol County District Attorney's Office reported the crash is under investigation by Massachusetts State Police, Raynham Police, and Taunton Police. Whittemore was the sister of State Representative Lisa Field and had worked at Bridgewater State University for 23 years.
