Car Crash Knoxville Tennessee in Knoxville, Tennessee: A 4-year-old girl remained in critical condition after Knoxville police said a man hit her with his car outside her family's food truck following an argument with her father. The crash happened just after 9 p.m. on Merchants Drive when 54-year-old Charles Jump, who was working for the food truck's owner, drove away after the argument and struck the owner's daughter as she played near the curb. Jump attempted to leave the scene but was stopped by the girl's father, leading to a physical struggle during which Jump's vehicle also struck several parked cars. Police confirmed Jump had an active domestic assault warrant out of Sevier County and was driving on a revoked license at the time of the crash.
