Car Crash Shenandoah Virginia in Shenandoah, Virginia: A man died and a woman was hospitalized after a crash on Interstate 81 northbound at the 286 mile marker in Shenandoah County, Virginia, around 3:18 a.m. Thursday. Virginia State Police said a 2013 Honda Crosstour was stopped in the right travel lane, possibly after becoming disabled, when it was struck. The Honda driver, Dennis L. Marshall, died at the scene. A passenger, Barbara A. Marshall, 77, of Willow Spring, North Carolina, was taken to a hospital with injuries. The tractor-trailer driver, Jautar S. Dhot, 53, of Phillipsburg, New Jersey, sustained minor injuries. The crash remains under investigation.
