Pedestrian Hit Lubbock Texas in Lubbock, Texas: On June 29, 64-year-old Arnulfo Rodriguez was struck by a pickup truck driven by 19-year-old Joseph Hernandez while walking south across 50th Street at Avenue Q in Lubbock. Rodriguez was transported to University Medical Center with life-threatening injuries and was later pronounced dead.
