Assault Lake City Minnesota in Lake City, Minnesota: Katie Lee Miles, 49, of Lake City, was charged with second-degree attempted murder after new evidence emerged in a case where she is accused of stabbing a man with a kitchen knife. Court documents allege a juvenile witness saw Miles stab the male victim in the left chest after telling the man she would kill him. Miles is held at the Wabasha County Jail on bail, with her next hearing scheduled for Aug. 11.
