Illegal alien accused of fatally running over scooter rider…

Pedestrian Hit Irving Texas in Irving, Texas: A 36-year-old illegal alien, Noe Ibarra Cedeno, is accused of fatally running over 31-year-old Tony Vasquez twice with his car while driving drunk in Irving, Texas. The crash occurred on June 19 just before 3:00 a.m. in the 2800 block of Cantrell Street while Vasquez was riding a motorized scooter. Vasquez was taken to Parkland Memorial Hospital in Dallas with broken bones, damaged organs, and severe head trauma, and later died from his injuries. Cedeno is being held on a $350,000 bond on charges including intoxication manslaughter and intoxication assault, and an immigration hold has been placed on him.
